Frequently asked questions
Do I need a PMS to use Sparrow Intel?
No. The official Airbnb integration can be your primary connection. You get Airbnb reviews, reservations and messaging directly, plus Google, Facebook and Vacasa.com reviews, and you can add Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and Hotels.com as external review channels.
Can I connect more than one Airbnb, Google or Breezeway account?
Yes. All three support multiple accounts on a single Sparrow Intel account. Tasks route to the Breezeway account that owns the property, with that account’s assignees, templates and tags.
Which review channels will I see?
It depends on your PMS — see the matrix above. Google and Facebook reviews require connecting a Google Business Profile or a Facebook Page; both are page-level sources, so they appear in your inbox without being attached to a specific property.
Does Sparrow Intel post replies back to the channel?
Yes, wherever the channel allows it: Airbnb, Google Business Profile, Facebook and Vacasa.com directly, Expedia through the browser extension, and through your PMS where it supports review replies.
How often does data sync?
Airbnb and Guesty push changes to Sparrow Intel as they happen. Other connections sync on a regular schedule throughout the day, and the browser extension syncs every hour while your browser is open.
